  • Feel the warmth of the hands and breath slowly.

7. Adjust Your Screen Position and Brightness

Eye strain happened because we’re forcing our eyes to do harder work such as see in closer distance for long time. This is the perfect distance for most of the desktop screen.

The bigger the size screen is, the lesser you will get eye strain. Don’t look at the screen that has too low or too high brightness.
