Separate Egg Yolk With an Empty Bottle

Need to separate egg yolk from egg white? Don’t overcomplicate it with shells or spoons.

Crack the egg into a bowl. Take an empty plastic bottle, squeeze it slightly, place the bottle opening gently over the yolk, then release your grip. The suction will pull the yolk into the bottle. Move it to another bowl and squeeze again to release it.

This works because squeezing the bottle pushes air out. When you release it, the bottle pulls air back in, creating suction strong enough to lift the yolk without breaking it. Simple pressure trick. Clean separation.
