1. Eggs

Storing eggs in the fridge might be a normal thing to do. However, it is not really a good idea to put them inside the fridge!

When Eggs are still raw, in it contains a lot of water. When these eggs are put in the fridge, the water in the ice will freeze. This frozen water will crack the eggs. If it is cracked, then the egg will be susceptible to bacterial attack. Instead of being durable, the eggs turn rotten.

 

2. Milk

In order for milk to remain durable and not damaged, it is very important to pay attention to how to store it. Compared to other drinks, milk is a drink that is quite tricky to store.

Stored in the refrigerator at a temperature that is too cold and for a long period of time can make the milk separate into several parts. When thawed it will be runny, the higher the fat content, the more the milk will separate out.

3. Mayonnaise

For those of you who like mayonnaise and want to maintain its shelf life, it’s better to store your mayonnaise in a dry place and not in the fridge.

So make sure beforehand which meat you want to cook and how much.

5. Vegetables and Fruits

Keep in mind for those of you who really want to consume vegetables and fruits to be careful in choosing a storage place. Storing these foods to be kept in the fridge is not a good idea.

Vegetables and fruits contain very high water. Forcing vegetables and fruit to refrigerate will cause the water in them to form ice crystals. If thawed, the texture will turn mushy and inedible.

6. Pasta

Just store in a dry place and do not expose to sunlight. Storing in the fridge can actually make the pasta runny once it is removed from it.

 

7. Potato

Potatoes are both high in carbohydrates and also have a high water content. If you prefer potatoes over rice, don’t try to store them in the fridge. If you keep potatoes in the fridge they will become mushy. Potatoes that have been cooked and stored in the refrigerator will not be so mushy. It’s different if you store it raw.

8. Fried Food

Although fried foods are not so good for the health of the body, in fact many people consume foods that are processed by frying. The crunchy and savory taste of fried food is hard to forget. Most fast food can be popular because of these fried foods.

Feel free to eat fried foods in a certain amount, but if there are leftovers, don’t store them in the refrigerator. 10. Coffee

If you really like coffee, of course you have coffee reserves at home. Where do you keep your coffee? Hopefully not in the fridge. Whether in the form of powder or beans, coffee should not be stored in the fridge. Storing coffee in the freezer can cause it to condense and spoil. Not to mention the added smell in the freezer that can affect the coffee.
